Among the international observers who took part in the presidential election were Kim Viktor Mikhailovich, Senior Research Fellow of the Institute of Asia and Europe of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Chairman of the Committee on Public Security at the Public Council under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Guzel Maytdinova, Director of the Center for Geopolitical Studies, Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University, Professor of Foreign Regional Studies and Foreign Policy, and Rustam Djurabaevich Khaydarov, Director of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Law named after A. Bakhovaddinov of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan visited Urgench State University on October 25, 2021.
During the visit, a meeting was held with the participation of the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Urgench State University S. Khodjaniyazov and Vice-Rector for Youth Issues, Spiritual and Educational Affairs S. Davletov.
During the meeting, the guests were informed about the current activities and opportunities of Urgench State University, as well as international cooperation. They also learned about student exchange programs and joint study programs at partner universities. They also had a meaningful conversation about future cooperation in the humanities.
