On October 13, 2021, a delegation of Turksoy member states and Turkic peoples visited Urgench State University. The guests were greeted by the leadership of UrSU in front of the university building to the sound of trumpets.The "Meeting of Turkish World Poets" was organized on the occasion of the 700th anniversary of the death of the great Turkish poet Yunus Emre.
