Representatives of the KOICA organization in Uzbekistan visited the university. During the visit, a meeting was held between the Deputy Director of KOIKA Park Mi, coordinator of KOICA volunteers Kang Munkhi, an employee of the KOICA office Shukurov Shukurullo, as well as with the KOIKA volunteer at Urgench state university Zhong Myung and the representitives of university. During the meeting, areas of prospective cooperation between university and the Republic of Korea were discussed.
