Navruz is the most ancient and original national holiday of our people, embodying such noble ideas as love and respect for Mother Nature, respect for human beings, kindness and compassion, love and devotion to the Motherland.
On such rapturous days, on the occasion of Navruz, the "Exhibition of National Cuisine" was organized at the History Faculty of Urgench State University. The faculty team actively demonstrated Uzbek national cuisine.
