In the first half of the day, the seminar participants made presentations on a number of topical issues, such as the legal framework for opportunities for women in Uzbekistan, the current challenges facing the higher education system in implementing reforms to support women in the country, cooperation of educational institutions with law enforcement agencies to protect women from oppression and violence, causes of crimes within the family, the role of women in ensuring sustainability of the socio-spiritual environment in educational institutions, female student dress code, methods of upbringing girls in the family on the basis of gender requirements, and held discussions, questions and answers.
