Today, on the initiative of the Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences, the republican scientific-practical conference on the topic "Current problems of chemistry" scheduled for June 21-22 started its work.
First, the opening ceremony of the conference was held in the Palace of Culture of the university. Rector of Urgench State University Bakhrom Abdullayev participated in it with an introductory speech and wished success to the conference.
At the conference, the head of the Department of "Physical and Colloidal Chemistry" of Samarkand State University, prof. N.Q. Mukhamadiyev, Bukhara State University "Organic and Physcolloid Chemistry" department, prof. B.B. Umarov, head of the laboratory "Submolecular Biologically Active Compounds" of the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Russian Federation, prof. A.D. Matchanov, professor of the department of "General and oil and gas chemistry" of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. S.E.Nurmanov, Tashkent State Technical University Almalyk branch prof. D.Kh. Mirkhamitova, Head of the Department of Exact Sciences of Khorezm Ma'mun Academy of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Assoc. O.I. Khudoyberganov and associate professors of the "Chemistry" department of Urgench State University, professors and teachers of the university and graduate students participated.
At the conference, presentations were made on current problems in the fields of inorganic, analytical, physical and colloidal chemistry, the chemistry of high molecular compounds, scientific innovations in organic and bioorganic chemistry, as well as current issues of increasing the effectiveness of chemical education and their solutions.
The conference will continue its activities at the meeting of branches.
