The participants of the CIMPA international summer school organized at Urgench State University from June 24 to July 5, 2024, traveled around the ancient and modern city of Khiva according to the plan.
10 accomplished mathematicians visiting from the USA, European Union and Russia, as well as more than 30 listeners from America, India, Philippines, Turkey, China, Russia, Kazakhstan, accompanied by the officials of our university and a guide, visited "Ichan Kala" of Khiva. They traveled to shrines, holy places, historical monuments and museums, newly built objects in the Mori complex and got interesting information about our rich history.
During the trip, the unique antiques of old Khorezm, items reflecting our national culture and traditions attracted the attention of all guests.
Such international conferences contribute to the further development of not only science, but also tourism.
