It is known that "First Year School" events are being organized in order to help the students who have been admitted to the first grade in the universities to adapt to the educational institutions and to familiarize them with the educational process.
In particular, on the occasion of the thirty-third anniversary of Uzbekistans independence and in the first week of the new academic year, "Independence lessons" and "First year school" events are being held under the slogan "If we are united, we are a single nation, if we unite, we are Motherland" at Urgench State University. Rector of the university, professor B.Abdullayev also participated in the organized events and talked with the students.
On September 12, the next meeting was held with first grade students of the Faculty of Sports, Pedagogy and Psychology, and the Faculty of Philology and Art.
During the event, the first vice-rector D. Ibadullayev, Rectors adviser R. Sharipov and the dean of the faculty A. Khudaiberganov spoke and informed the students about the structure, history, internal procedure and educational, spiritual and educational processes of the university. They emphasized that the university has created all the necessary conditions for students to acquire knowledge, and now they are only required to study and acquire knowledge.
