On December 18 of this year, the dean of the Faculty of Business and Local Government, the West Caspian University of Azerbaijan, Prof. Natig Mirzayev, visited Urgench State University. A meeting was held with the guest in the presence of UrSU Vice-Rector for International Cooperation G'airat O'razboyev, Head of the Department of International Cooperation E.Yoldoshev, and Professor of the Department of Economics B.Rozmetov.
At the meeting, vice-rector G'. O'razboyev introduced the educational directions and specialties of the university and international cooperation relations through presentations and videos. Future cooperation relations were discussed.
As a result of the dialogue, an agreement was signed between West Caspian University and Urgench State University. This agreement envisages the exchange of students and professors in economics, tourism, and other fields.
After that, Prof. Natig Mirzayev visited the Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan Friendship Center named after Yusuf Vazir Chamanzaminli, established at the Faculty of Philology and Arts. There, the dean of the faculty, D.Gayipov, introduced the books reflecting the national and spiritual values, history, literature, culture, and art of Azerbaijan, as well as the figures of great poets and writers.
