Today, March 25, the Primary Trade Union Organization of the university was held in the Palace of Culture of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Biruni.
The conference was conducted by the working board consisting of the Chairman of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Uzbekistan R.Bedilov, the responsible organizer of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers for the Khorezm region M.Rakhimova, the acting rector of the university S. Khodjaniyazov, the Chairman of the Trade Union Committee Q Khamrayev, and the associate professor of the department of "English Language and Literature" J. Ermetova.
It was followed by a report and negotiations on the results of the activities of the UrSU Trade Union Committee for the period from February 2020 to February 2025 and future tasks in protecting the socio-economic rights and interests of employees, as well as the report of the organization's audit commission.
After that, elections were held for the chairman of the UrSU Trade Union Committee and the composition of the committee, the composition of the audit commission, and the chairmanship of the audit commission.
