The scientific and practical conference "Modern Problems of Chemical Technology and Sustainable Development" held in Baku, Azerbaijan, dedicated to the memory of the great scientist, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Ullesbek Besterekov, was attended by the Dean of the Chemical Technology Faculty of the Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Beruni, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Sh.R. Kurambayev, Professor of the Department of Chemical Technologies, Doctor of Technical Sciences M.J. Jumaniyozov and Candidate of Chemical Sciences (PhD), Associate Professor A.Sh. Ruzmetova.
