On June 7, in the afternoon, the rector of UrSU B.Abdullayev and the vice-rector G.Urazbaev visited the Eastern Mediterranean University in North Cyprus, they met with the rector of this university Prof. Dr. Aykut Hocanın. At the beginning of the negotiations, symbolic gifts representing the national culture of Khorezm and Urgench State University were presented. After that, it was agreed to establish cooperation between the two universities.
During the visit, they met with the leadership of the Faculty of Science and Arts of the University, including the head of the Department of Mathematics Prof. Dr. Nazim Mahmudov, and got acquainted with the activities of the faculty.
