On September 7, a press conference and a press tour were held at Urgench State University with the participation of the general public, media representatives, and bloggers regarding the preparations for the new academic year and the provision of accommodation for students.
At the press conference, the information of the officials regarding the wide-ranging work on providing accommodation for students studying at the university was heard.
During the press tour, they got acquainted with the activities of the information center on student accommodation and rental apartments, as well as the conditions of student accommodation. In particular, the facilities for the disabled, living rooms, spiritual room and library, kitchen and washrooms, club rooms and the new sports complex were inspected at student residence.
