At Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Biruni, construction has begun on a new building for the Faculty of Intellectual Technologies — a major project aimed at creating a modern educational environment.
The project was developed by “Qishloqqurilishloyiha” LLC. The building will be 8 stories high, rectangular in shape, with dimensions of 55.2 x 18.6 meters. The exterior walls will be built from aerated concrete blocks, and the facade will be decorated with decorative plaster and travertine elements. The entrance will feature a spacious vestibule area, comfortable recreation corridors, and a connecting passage to the existing building. Each floor will be equipped with 2 elevators, emergency staircases, technical and utility rooms, and special facilities for people with disabilities.
Main rooms of the building:
2 lecture halls with 100 seats and 2 lecture halls with 80 seats;
One lecture room with 60 seats;
24 classrooms with 30 seats each;
20 computer labs with 20 seats each;
Multimedia room, separate rooms for master's students, professors, and tutors;
Information resource center, quality assurance room, faculty offices, cloakrooms, and other necessary facilities.
This building, combining modern technologies, advanced educational infrastructure, and a comfortable learning environment, will offer students extensive opportunities for gaining knowledge, conducting research, and implementing innovative ideas in practice.
