On December 18, 2021, the Rector of Grodno State University of the Republic of Belarus Kiturko Irina Fyodorovna and the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Belix Yuriem Eduardovich visited Urgench State University. The guests were welcomed by the university administration.
At the beginning of the visit, the guests were received by the rector of UrSU Bahrom Abdullayev and negotiated on the visit.
After that, the guests, accompanied by the rector B.Abdullayev and vice-rectors, got acquainted with the conditions created for students at the university. They visited the faculties of Natural Sciences and Physics and Mathematics, got acquainted with the laboratory rooms, attended classes and observed the process. They studied the modern classrooms and conditions of the Faculty of Foreign Philology. During the process, they talked to the students.
During the visit, a meeting was held with the vice-rectors of Urgench State University and the deans of all faculties. Prospects for cooperation under the cooperation agreement between the two universities were discussed at the meeting. The deans of the universities made proposals to expand cooperation.
During the meeting, Irina Fyodorovna Kiturko, Rector of Grodno State University, introduced her university and its opportunities, as well as its current activities.
