The festival under the name of "Gurvak is the symbol of Khorezm" was held with a high mood in an ancient Khiva city on 13 August, 2019. The students of UrSU, department of Foreign Languages and Literature provided tourists with plenty of information about the different kinds of melons and their usefulness to organisms. In that place, they translated the speeches of farmers. Tourists came from Italy and Germany tasted the melon named Gurvak and gave them praising. In addition to this, national songs played by the Folklore helped to raise the mood of people.
