Today, on May 5, Urgench State University hosted a memorial tournament in mathematics among students of all secondary schools in the region, dedicated to the memory of mathematician, candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, docent Ismail Abdullayev. In the first half of the day, the students used all their knowledge and abilities to solve the problems of the Olympiad.
Afterwards, as part of the memory tournament, the participants of the Olympiad and honorary professors of the university were served a table in the university kitchen, soup was distributed, a prayer was recited in memory of our late teacher Ismail Abdullayev and the Koran was recited.
