Today started "BETI ReTraining" Zoom training within the European project ELBA. By the agenda, Professor Fontana has given the lecture on "Statistical Methods in Data Science" and touched upon the following:
Joint distributions of random variables;
Sampling distributions;
Some elements on point estimation.
This area of science is very important and lack investigated area in our country. In the training took part Professors of Our University, professors and teachers of the Physics and Mathematics Faculty investigators, PHD students.
The training goes on until May 20.
