The signing ceremony took place today on the first day of the International Education Forum in Izmir, Turkey.
Rector of UrSU B.Abdullayev met with the rector of Ege University, one of the largest universities in Turkey Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak has signed 7 long-term cooperation agreements between the two universities. Under the cooperation agreements, our professors will be able to do internships at the university, our students will be able to participate in academic mobility programs, and our doctoral students and researchers will be able to conduct joint research activities.
It should be noted that Ege University is one of the fourth in Turkey, the first in the region, and the most established university, with more than 60,000 students. The university aims to make a global contribution to the world of science through the production of qualified and quantitative data and it is considered a prestigious higher education institution ranked in the world's TOP-800.
During the talks with the first vice-rector of the university, Prof. Dr. Hakan Atilgan, the sides agreed on important and important issues, such as the comprehensive development of the two higher education institutions, and the joint implementation of practical and fundamental projects.
