The International Forum of Technical Universities of Uzbekistan and Turkey, held in Izmir, Turkey, with the participation of a delegation of rectors, vice-rectors and ministry officials from more than 20 higher education institutions in the field of technical and engineering, has reached an end on June 10, 2022.
At the forum, more than 80 agreements were signed between Uzbek and Turkish universities. At the end of the forum, organizer Turkey university rector prof. Dr.Necdet Budak and Chairman of the Republican Board of Education , Rector of Tashkent State Transport University Odil Abdurahmanov spoke about the work done within the forum and welcomed the participants.
Afterwards, the rector of Urgench State University Bahrom Abdullayev noted that the cooperation between Uzbek and Turkish universities has reached a new level. He noted that this is the first step in the field of cooperation, and that we have a number of steps ahead of us to carry out educational, scientific and cultural exchanges. He noted that the agreements reached during the forum were a historic event of great significance for both parties and wished the forum participants success in their cooperation.
Then the rector B.Abdullayev together with the dean of the faculty of Foreign Philology Z.Jumaniyozov awarded organizer rector of Ege University Prof. Dr.Necdet Budak with special gifts from Urgench State University.
