Aydin Lal, head of the "InVitro" (intensive seedling grafting) laboratory established by Turkish experts in Urganch district of Khorezm region, and Yunus Ermelar, a laboratory specialist, visited Urganch State University in order to establish cooperation in the field of agriculture.
As part of the visit, a meeting was held with the participation of Rector of UrSU B.Abdullayev, Dean of the Faculty of Bioengineering and Food Safety J.Rozimov, Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences H.Polvonov.
During the meeting, the guests were introduced to the capabilities of the "InVitro" laboratory. They told about the plans to create new varieties by grafting long-term local varieties and Turkish varieties, to grow seedlings that meet world standards, to establish greenhouses, and expressed their desire to rely on the help of university experts in scientific research work.
In his place, Rector B.Abdullayev also made his proposals: to attract students of the field suitable for greenhouses to work in their free time from studies, to establish a scientific inspection institute at the university in the field of agriculture.
At the end of the meeting, it was noted that these agreements will be effective for both parties.
