On September 30, 2022, the opening ceremony of the Russian-Uzbekistan scientific, educational and cultural center was held at Udmurt State University. Rector of Urganch State University B.Abdullayev, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation G.Orazboyev and teachers-professors and students of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Philology participated in it through the ZOOM application. At the opening ceremony, the rector of Urganch State University B. Abdullayev gave a welcome speech.
The meeting ended with the webinar "International Music Day in the Homeland of P.I. Tchaikovsky".
