Today, October 14, Rector of Dongshin University of Korea Dr. Lee Joo Hee visited Urganch State University accompanied by Oh Sungrok, Dean of the Institute of International Education, Professor Shavkat Saidakhmedov, Manager of the Institute of International Education Cho Yohan.

The guests were welcomed by the university management and an official meeting of the parties was held in the conference hall.

First of all, UrSU rector Bahrom Abdullayev expressed his satisfaction with the visit of his guests and expressed confidence that such friendly relations will further strengthen the framework of cooperation between the two universities in the future. He said that Urganch State University has established cooperation with many prestigious universities around the world. He also acknowledged that there is great interest in studying the Korean language and culture at the university due to the commonality of our traditions.

Additionally, the rector Dr. Lee Joo Hee has visited UrSU several times due to the warm opinions expressed by the teachers of Dongshin University, moreover, according to the contract between the two universities (https://t.me/URDU_PRESSA/18818) at the same time, she is currently teaching Korean language to the students of the Faculty of Foreign Philology of UrSU said that they wanted to get to know the living conditions and work activities of Lee Jiseong, the incoming teacher of Dongshin University.

During the dialogue, the parties expressed their proposals for further strengthening mutual cooperation. In particular, the development of cooperation in mutually beneficial scientific fields, which provides a number of benefits to the two universities, the establishment of student and professor exchanges, and in addition, the strengthening of teaching Korean language to students studying in the fields of technology and electronics, and through this, our students will become more familiar with production and industry in Korea. It was noted that they will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the activities of their enterprises.

Also, the guests invited professors and teachers of Urganch State University to organize classes in physics and mathematics for students of Dongshin University.
