On November 5 of this year, a preventive event aimed at preventing emergency situations that may occur in the autumn-winter season was organized at the Urganch State University with the participation of the employees of the Emergency Situations Department of the Khorezm region.
Major S. Orinboyev, deputy head of the emergency department of Urganch city, inspector of the prevention and control department, lieutenant A. Rajabov, head of the information service of the Emergency Situations Department of Khorezm region Kh. Rustamov, deputy of the Khorezm Regional Council of People's Deputies, social worker of "Adolat" Deputy Chairman of the Regional Council of the Democratic Party, U. Kuryazov, as well as Deputy Deans of the Department of Youth, Spirituality and Education of UrSU, all faculties for working with youth, and university tutors participated. The event was moderated by S. Davletov, First Vice-Rector of UrDU.
At the preventive event, the staff of the Emergency Situations Department spoke in detail about preparing for the autumn-winter season, preventing unpleasant situations that may occur during the season, constant control of heating systems in apartments, and many cases of carbon monoxide poisoning are observed in our region,and they gave examples, showed videos on these situations.
At the event, in order to call students to caution during the autumn-winter season, it was emphasized that regular warnings should be given during classes, and the need to strengthen the monitoring of heating devices in the apartments of students living on rent. At the end of the meeting, it was agreed to go to the rented houses in cooperation with the employees of the Emergency Situations Department and the tutors of the university in order to inspect the rented apartments of the students and determine their safety.
In the second half of the preventive event, another seminar was organized for the university tutors, where Feruza Rozimova, psychologist of the Faculty of Pedagogy of UrSU, conducted the seminar.
