Today, February 14, at the initiative of the Urganch State University Faculty of Philology, the Final round of the "Young Orators" contest was held with the participation of active and enterprising students of the university who were able to form the oratory culture of the university.
The final round of the project was devoted to the works of the great statesman, king and poet Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur and the famous writer and poet Amon Matjon.
In the contest, which started with videos dedicated to the life and work of two great writers of the Uzbek people, 6 female students from the faculties of Philology and Pedagogy demonstrated their oratory skills and knowledge potential on stage during 2 tasks.
The artistic part of the event was prepared by the students of the 197th group. Based on Babur's ghazals, the students were able to reveal the literary creativity through musical performances, stage performances, and expressively recited poems.
According to tradition, the winner of the final round of this project will become the owner of a laptop, a valuable gift from the rector of the university. According to the jury's conclusion, the absolute winner of the final round of the laptop went to Farangiz Soburiozova, a student of the 202nd group of the Faculty of Philology. The dean of the Faculty of Philology, D. Gayipov, personally handed over the award to its owner.
Also, the winners and students who actively participated in the contest were awarded with diplomas and souvenirs.
