On April 12 of this year, within the framework of the project "Sector-Based National Adaptation Plan to Advance Medium- and Long-Term Adaptation Planning in Uzbekistan" implemented in cooperation with the Green Climate Fund, UNDP and Uzgidromet international specialists of the Czech Republic Dekonta company participating in the development of the national adaptation plan to climate change, professors of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague - Lubosh Smutka, Vladimir Krepl and Inna Chabelkova visited Urganch State University.
In order to effectively prepare for the development of the national adaptation plan of agriculture to climate change, experts of the relevant field took part in the negotiations under the leadership of UrSU vice-rector for academic affairs S. Khodjaniyozov.
According to the mutual negotiations of the parties, it was agreed to sign a memorandum of cooperation between the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague and Urganch State University and to establish academic mobility in the field of agriculture.
