Today, on May 16, the Faculty of Philology held the next round of the "Reader Student" contest, which is traditionally held at the university level, with the participation of professors-teachers and students of the Faculty of Philology.
The competition was conducted on the basis of the tasks based on
the works of J. Jovliyev "Qo'rqma" and V. Rasputin's "Farewell to Matyora" (Russian: Прощание с Матёрой), and 5 students of the faculty competed against each other based on 2 tasks.
The contentious processes of this contest, which aims to further increase the love of students and youth for books, to widely promote the culture of reading among the youth, as well as the presentation prepared by the students of group 204, a video showing the life and work of the writer Javlon Jovliyev, performances and beautiful dances and songs made a great impression on the audience.
Each task was duly assessed by the jury, and the winners of the competition were awarded diplomas and souvenirs.
