Today, the "Reader student" contest, which aims to meaningfully organize the free time of students, to promote the reading culture among them, and to further increase their love for books, gathers the youth of our university.
The next round of this contest for the new academic year, which is traditionally held by the faculty of Uzbek Philology of UrSU, was held today, September 27. It was attended by the management of the university, professors and teachers of the faculty of Uzbek Philology, and students.
First, the dean of the faculty D. Gayipov gave a speech and opened the event.
The competition was conducted on the basis of the terms of the work of the famous writer of Uzbek literature Nazar Eshonqul "Urush odamlari" and the work of A.I. Solzhenitsyn, a talented representative of Russian literature in Russian, "The First Circle" ("В круге первом"), and 8 students of the faculty tried each other's strength based on the 2 different tasks.
In particular, the artistic performance of the students of the 201st group of Philology and language teaching: the Uzbek language was liked by all.
Each task was duly evaluated by the jury, and the winners of the contest were awarded diplomas and souvenirs. They went to the final round, which will be held in December of this year.

1st place: Rajabova Shahina, student of Euro group 222
2nd place: Rustamova Mohichehra, a student of the 203rd Uzbek language group
3rd place: Abdukarimova Muhlisa, a student of the 216th Uzbek language group
