The next round of the "Young Orators" contest, which is traditionally held at the initiative of the Faculty of Uzbek Philology, was dedicated to the 34th anniversary of the granting of the status of the state language to the Uzbek language. Talented students of the faculty demonstrated their orator skills.
In the first task, the participants presented information about themselves through poetry and prose, while in the second task, they answered questions about the status of the Uzbek language as a state language, the decisions and decrees adopted, and showed their knowledge and potential.
According to the jury's conclusion:
1st place: Sadullayeva Sevara, student of group 206;
2nd place: Bekchanova Sharifa, student of group 202;
3rd place: Rustamova Mohichehra, student of group 203;
3rd place: Ibragimov Azizbek, student of group 213.
During the contest, the songs and beautiful dances prepared by the students of the 203rd group of Philology and language teaching: the Uzbek language direction aroused a high mood in the audience.
At the end of the event, the winners of the contest and the actively participating students, as well as twinners of the contest of essays on the topic "May my mother tongue be honored" organized on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of the granting of the status of the state language to the Uzbek language, the contest of expressive poems on the topic "My mother tongue is forever" were duly awarded by the professors and teachers of the faculty.
