The art of national classical music, which is an integral part of the cultural heritage of our people, occupies an important place in our spiritual life with its ancient history, deep philosophical roots, unique artistic style and rich creative traditions.
Deeply studying the art of Uzbek classical music, developing unique schools of performance, enriching its "golden fund", increasing its international reputation and widely promoting it are considered urgent issues facing the enthusiasts of the field today.
The "Art of National classical music" festival, which took place today at Urgench State University, also serves this purpose. At the festival, professors-teachers and talented students of the Faculty of Sports and Arts demonstrated the high image of Uzbek culture through the magic of music, tunes and words with live performances of national classical music examples.
