Today, a scientific-practical conference on the topic "Constitution - the legal foundation of building a democratic society" was held at the Palace of Culture of Urgench State University on the initiative of the Faculty of Socio-Economic Sciences. The conference was moderated by the dean of the faculty, d.e.s., prof. I. Abdullayev, Judge of Khorezm Region Court I.Usmanov, head of the "Law" department of UrSU, associate professor U.Hajiyev, teacher of this department J.Rakhmonov, tutors and students of the faculty participated.
At the conference, lectures were heard on the topics of "The new version of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and issues of combating corruption", "The new version of the Constitution - the legal basis of reforms in the field of education", "The Constitution is the basis of the legal state, democratic reforms", "The history of the Constitution".
At the end of the conference, students' artistic performances were shown.
