Today, on December 27, the Rector of Urgench State University, Bahrom Abdullayev, visited the region to observe the construction works of a new library being built in the main area of the university.
While inspecting the construction works of this library building, which is being built in a modern way for students' convenience and better quality education, the rector communicated closely with the builders and gave them his recommendations.
