The issues included in the agenda, in particular, the discussion of the university's 2024 annual income and expenditure parameters, as well as the approval of the 2024 business plan, the implementation of the tasks set before the university, and the 2023 international cooperation activities and a number of issues such as the determination of extra pay from extra-budgetary funds based on the performance evaluation criteria (KPI) of the university "Leaders (rector, vice-rector, deans) and other categories of employees" were discussed, the reports of the officials were heard.
Also, during the meeting, plans were defined for the regular implementation of the assigned tasks, and instructions were given to the officials in this regard.
