In this competition, which was held among the students of our university, delicious kabobs, included in the list of traditional Uzbek dishes, were prepared in unique styles.
Students from all faculties participated in the "Shashlik Day" competition with great interest and enthusiasm, and demonstrated various forms of kebab preparation. The prepared kebabs were duly evaluated by the jury.
