Today, on February 13, the next issue of the "Poetry Podium" competition, which is traditionally held by the faculty of Uzbek philology of UrSU, was organized on the birthday of the great representative of Uzbek classical literature, poet, historian, statesman Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur.
Professors-teachers and students of the Faculty of Uzbek Philology took part in it.
The contest was held on the works of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur for Uzbek language students, and Vasiliy Andreyevich Zhukovsky for Russian students, and 9 students of the faculty competed in 2 conditions. Performances of students of group 214 were shown in the artistic part.
The winners had the opportunity to participate in the next stage and were awarded with diplomas and certificates of honor.
