In the presence of head of the International Cooperation Department of Lanzhou University of Arts and Sciences Zhou Jingchun and heads of the faculty also head of the Department of Romano-Germanic Philology from Urgench State University G. Abdullayeva, head of the Department of Translation Theory and Practice G. Rahimova, head of the Russian language and literature department S. Rozmetov and the head of the International Cooperation Department E. Yoldashov, the parties put forward proposals for establishing cooperation relations in mutual directions.
In particular, the possibilities of organizing Russian language courses for students of Lanzhou University of Arts and Sciences, attracting graduates to graduate programs of the university, organizing summer and winter camps for students, and introducing the teaching of Chinese as a second language at the Faculty of Foreign Philology of Urgench State University was discussed. Together with this, it was agreed to organize internships for university professors and practice courses for students.
