On August 10-11 of this year, the participation of representatives of foreign partner higher education institutions of the university in the "Forum of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions Providing Tourism Education" held at Urgench State University gives the forum an international dimension.
In particular, Turkey's Istanbul Gelisim University's vice-rector for scientific affairs and development Prof.Dr.Necmettin Maraşlı, Vice-Rector for Education and Training, Prof.Dr.Nuri Kuruoğlu, Head of Tourism Department, Asst. Prof. Ramazan Inan and professor of Nagoya University of Economics in Japan Sakakura Noriji participated in the forum with their presentations, shared international experiences in the field of tourism, and noted that today's forum will be an important foundation for further strengthening the tourism potential of Uzbekistan.
