Today, the opening ceremony of the forum under the slogan "Your initiative is for your future" was held at Urgench State University in connection with "October 11 - International Girl's Day". The deputy governor of Khorezm region, head of the Department of Family and Women N.Qutlimurotova and a group of active women of our region, university management, honorary professors and teachers and students participated in it.
Rector of Urgench State University B.Abdullayev opened the solemn ceremony and recognized the attention paid to women in our country and their achievements in the fields of science. He also urged the students to acquire more knowledge and continue research. Deputy governor of Khorezm region, head of the Department of Family and Women - N. Qutlimurotova discussed the attention paid to women scientists, including the large-scale reforms being carried out in this regard in the region. Also, the head of the Khorezm regional branch of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, poetess G.Ibodullayeva, was a guest at the event and spoke about the high spirituality of the women of our country, who can be an example for everyone. Honorary teachers of the university, who spoke at the event, sincerely congratulated all the girls on "October 11 - International Girl's Day".
