Today, February 21, a meeting was held for tutors, deputy deans for youth work and heads of relevant departments of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Biruni to ensure the safety of rented apartments in the winter season.
At the meeting, the first vice-rector of the university D.Ibadullayev, deputy head of the Urgench city department of the Khorezm region Emergency Situations Department E.Ernazarov, and prevention inspector D.Sapayev discussed in detail the issue of regularly examining the situation in students' rented apartments and preventing various emergencies that may arise.
At the meeting, it was noted that, in collaboration with the employees of the Khorezm Regional Emergency Situations Department, visiting rented apartments of students, and during the visit to the apartments, each student should be individually interviewed on the prevention of carbon monoxide poisoning, possible fire situations, and the harmful consequences of improper use of electricity, and the necessary recommendations and explanations should be provided on compliance with technical safety rules.
