In order to reveal the talents of female students at Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Biruni, the Women's Advisory Council launched the project "Towards Development...". Today, the first event within the framework of this project was warmly welcomed with great interest and was organized in the form of a unique seminar-training.
At the beginning, the acting rector of the university, Sardor Khodjaniyazov, spoke about the opportunities created for women and girls in our country, in particular, at the university, and about the role of their educated and knowledgeable adulthood in the development of society. He wished for the project's further development.
The students participated in the event in national costumes, which served not only to promote national values but also to strengthen the girls' respect for their traditions. During the seminar, important recommendations were given for girls' personal development, leadership skills, social activism, and professional development.
The main goal of the project is to encourage female students to find their place not only in science but also in various fields and to support their initiative. During the trainings, lectures were given by female leaders, professors, teachers, and industry experts who have achieved various successes.
In particular, psychologist M. Mustafayeva, a teacher at Mamun University, and M. Avazova, a practicing psychologist at Urgench State University, gave recommendations on a systematic approach to setting and achieving personal goals and becoming a leading expert in their field and organized motivational speeches.
At the end of the event, the Chairperson of the Women's Advisory Council, N. Otajonova, emphasized that this project is a platform that serves the development of every female student and called on everyone to be active.
