Today, March 18, a festive event was organized by the Faculty of Philology and Arts under the slogan “May your values be eternal, Navruz!” at the Palace of Culture of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Biruni on the occasion of Navruz, which was attended by the university leadership, faculty members, and students and youth from all faculties.
The event was opened by Vice-Rector for International Cooperation G'ayrat Urazbayev with an introductory speech and, emphasizing that Navruz is a symbol of peace, unity, and renewal, expressed his best wishes to everyone.
During the evening, students of the Faculty of Philology and Arts performed songs praising nationalism, dances and stage performances reflecting national values, and interesting performances related to Navruz, bringing a high mood to the audience.
