Navruz, one of the most ancient and fruitful holidays of the East, is not only the awakening of nature, but also a day that paves the way for goodness, tolerance and new goals in the human heart.
Today, March 20, the holiday celebration held under the noble idea of "May your values be eternal, Navruz!" on the occasion of Navruz at the "Yoshlik" sports complex of the Khorezm region was a great joy for all our compatriots.
The teams of each faculty of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Biruni participated in the holiday festivities as active participants of the celebration.
During today's event, interesting folk games, decorations reflecting our customs and traditions, our national costumes, examples of crafts, various unique Navruz dishes and sweets prepared by our charming girls with their own hands, a demonstration of our ancient rituals prepared by folklore groups, national dances and songs, took a deep place in the hearts of our people.
