On September 30, 2022, a report-election meeting of the primary organization of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan at Urganch State University was held at Urganch State University. In it, the head of the Khorezm regional council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan S. Jabborov, the chairman of the Urganch city council of the Union K. Masharipov, the head of the department for work with youth, spiritual and educational affairs of UrSU Sh. Allaberganov, S. Allanazarov, chairman of the Student Council of UrSU, and active and talented young people selected from the faculties participated. The election was chaired by the chairman of the Student Council S. Allanazarov.
First, the jury, secretariat, and counting commission were elected at the report-election meeting. Issues on the agenda were discussed. The candidates presented their election programs. The candidates for the leadership of the university were put to the vote, and according to the final results, Abbasbek Samandarov, a teacher in the department of "Construction" of the Technical Faculty, was elected as the youth leader of Urganch State University with the most votes.
