On September 13, 2023, a meeting was organized at Urganch State University with Gavkharzhan Djumanova, head of Darital Shoes Limited Liability Company, winner of the "Shuhrat" medal, and Sh.Avezov, head of "Eko company" scientific production LLC. The event was attended by the first vice-rector of UrSU D. Ibadullayev, students from all faculties of the university with a strong interest in entrepreneurship.
At the meeting, the businessman informed the students about his life path, his entry into the field of entrepreneurship, the difficulties he experienced during his career, the problems he faced, his knowledge of the field, and the methods he had experienced.
Giving his advice to young people who want to do business, he noted that today in our country, all conditions for entrepreneurs are in place, the rights of entrepreneurs are guaranteed by law, and their activities are supported by the state.
This free communication, which took place in a sincere spirit, was a special skill lesson for the students.
At the end of the meeting, the entrepreneur offered students the opportunity to work in the vacant positions in his company. He expressed that he always supports the ideas and initiatives of young people.
