Nowruz holiday, celebrated in the spring season, pleases everyone as it reflects our spiritual and cultural wealth, such as national values, traditions, folk games. In addition, boiling sumalak, our national dish, in pots gives a special spirit to the holiday.
Preparation of Sumalak, a festive dish, started in the morning on the occasion of Nowruz at the Faculty of Uzbek Philology. The team of the Department of Uzbek Linguistics is celebrating the holiday in a spring shukuh, wishing each other warm wishes around the Sumalak Doshkazoon.
