Today morning physical exercises were held at Urgench State University with the participation of professors and teachers of the university and students living in student residence. More than a thousand students actively participated in it.
Also, a walking marathon was organized on the territory of the university under the slogan "5000 steps for a healthy life".
It should be noted that it is a well-known fact that a healthy lifestyle is the key to maintaining and strengthening human health, as well as longevity. Therefore, everyone is recommended to regularly do sports.
