In order to increase the intellectual and technological potential of the regions and the formation of modern infrastructure, a system of development of regional scientific programs and funding of research projects has been introduced. The main goal is to support new innovative projects. The projects proposed by the regional scientific and technical council under the governor of the region were considered by the territorial collegial body.
