On October 8, 2022, the regular training seminar for tutors was held in the Palace of Culture of UrSU. It was attended by the Department of Work with Youth, Spirituality and Education, Deputy Deans of all faculties for work with youth, psychologists, and all tutors.
In the seminar, Sanjar Davletov, the first vice-rector for youth issues, spiritual and educational affairs of UrSU, discussed the work of tutors at the university, working with students, meaningful organization of their free time, acquaintance with the permanent and temporary living conditions of young people, delinquency among young people and issues related to preventing the occurrence of other diseases were discussed.
Psychologists of the "Pedagogy and Psychology" department took part in the training seminar and gave psychological recommendations on how to organize the work of tutors more effectively today, to start a sincere and friendly relationship with students and quickly solve their existing problems.
During the training seminar, the tutors exchanged ideas and experiences. They asked questions to the officials regarding various situations encountered during their activities and received the necessary answers.
