The conference was attended by members of the Writers' Union of Khorezm region, professors and teachers of the university, and students.
The conference was moderated by the dean of the Faculty of Philology D. Gayipov.
The conference was opened by the rector of UrSU, Dr. Phys. -Math. B.Abdullayev and expressed his opinions about tthe role and importance of our language in the history of the nation and today.
During the conference, the head of the Department of Uzbek Linguistics, Ph.D., Assoc. "Language issues in Zafarnoma" by A.Primov, Ph.D., Assoc. , Assoc. S. Rozimboyev's lectures on "Regarding related aspects of language and culture" were heard.
After that, Gavhar Ibodullayeva, head of the Khorezm regional branch of the Writers' Union, members of the association Boltavoy Bekmetov, Oktam Davletov, poetess Bibi Maryamlar presented excerpts from their works, in which examples of their unique dialect took part.
At the end of the conference, N. Saparmatova, who won the first place in the final round of the "Young Orators" contest that was held in the 2021/2022 academic year, and M.Bozorboyeva, the student of group 196, the winner of the final round of the "Navoiykhan student" contest were presented with a tablet by the university management. Similarly, students who participated in various university-wide contests on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the state language with their essays, audio poems and video clips and won the prize were also awarded with diplomas and souvenirs.
