In order to ensure the implementation of the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Voluntary Activities" and Resolution №23 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 18, 2021 "On approval of the concept of development of state policy regarding youth in Uzbekistan until 2025" October 20 of this year, the opening ceremony of the Volunteer Center was held at Urganch State University.
At the opening ceremony of the event, the deputy head of the Khorezm regional department of the Youth Affairs Agency F. Boltayev, department specialist A. Kochkarov, R. Sharipov, advisor to the Rector of UrSU, head of the Department of Work with Youth, Spirituality and Education Sh. Allaberganov, university youth leader of the Youth Union A. Samandarov, the chairman of the Student Council S. Allanazarov and young volunteers of the university took part.
At the opening ceremony, the congratulatory speech of Sh. Allaberganov, head of the Department of Work with Youth, Spirituality and Education was heard. F.Boltayev, deputy head of the Khorezm Regional Department of the Youth Affairs Agency, informed about the procedures for launching the activity of "Volunteer Centers". A. Samandarov, the university youth leader of the Youth Union answered questions on Who is the volunteer? What is volunteering?
After that, the issue of electing the coordinator of the "Volunteer Center" was considered, and taking into account the suggestions and opinions, Ismailov Mahmudbek, a 3rd-year student of the Faculty of Physical Culture, was elected, and he was given a certificate of trust of the university.
